Submitting Your Support Requests
At One Dog Solutions, we want to make it easy to submit support and change requests for websites on a Web Care support contract. Each website on a Care Plan will be enabled with a support widget. This is the quickest way to reach our support team. If your website is inaccessible, or you would prefer to submit your ticket manually, you can email our team at email@example.com. Tickets will be processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 CST, excluding holidays. Tickets will be addressed between 4 and 48 hours upon entering into our support ticket system.
Using the Support Widget
We have two different versions of our support widget in current operation. Eventually all of our sites will be migrated to the newer version for better communication with our team. Non-WordPress sites will continue to use the legacy version of our support widget.
