Submitting Your Support Requests
At One Dog Solutions, we want to make it easy to submit support and change requests for websites on a Web Care support contract. Each website on a Care Plan will be enabled with a support widget. This is the quickest way to reach our support team. If your website is inaccessible, or you would prefer to submit your ticket manually, you can email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tickets will be processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 CST, excluding holidays. Tickets will be addressed between 4 and 48 hours upon entering into our support ticket system.
Using the Support Widget
The support widget gives us more information about your support request than an email. Using it to report issues is the preferred method, and will likely lead to a quicker resolution of your issue.
