Web Care and related service terms and conditions.

All service plans are a month-to-month contract (unless specifically noted) with One Dog Solutions, LLC to provide ongoing maintenance and marketing services for your website. This includes, but is not limited to regular backups, updates, licenses, support, security, marketing services and any edits allowed in the plan you have chosen. Sites not developed by One Dog Solutions may be eligible for Web Care at our discretion after a website audit. Additional charges may be applied for unique configurations.

What’s Included in Our Web Care Plans

Website Migration

Your website will be migrated to our servers free of charge. This includes updating DNS records to point to the new server, and a baseline optimization of your site to work with our server’s caching system. We may add premium versions of plugins to your site and migrate to them from others, i.e. SEO, caching, etc.

Any additional changes, will be performed at our standard hourly rate. These charges will be assessed on your first month of active Web Care billing with One Dog Solutions.

These changes can include the following:

• Fixing broken functionality
• Updating massively out of date plugins (several versions behind)
• Updating severely out of date WordPress core
• Domain and email migrations

Website Hosting

If you choose to use our hosting services, your website will be hosted on Vultr or UpCloud servers managed through RunCloud by One Dog Solutions. The servers maintain a 99.999% uptime rate and are some of the fastest in the industry. We employ advanced caching, and host your original site in a location nearest your business so it’s immediately accessible to your visitors.

Some basic requirements for using our hosting are DNS access and a primary administrator account on your website. From time to time, we upgrade our server hardware to provide the fastest available access for your website. Occasionally the IP address for the new server may change, and we will need to update your DNS records accordingly. Administrator account access is also necessary in order to provide timely security updates, and direct web application backups. Failure to maintain our access to either will result in immediate website removal from our servers.

Backups

At One Dog Solutions, we believe in the 3-2-1 backup strategy. 3 copies of data on two storage mediums and 1 offsite. We have an individual backup of your website instance at two separate cloud locations – and also an offsite backup on fast RAID storage. In the case of a website failure, or an oops on a user’s part, we’ve got you covered. We can have your website back up and running in minutes.

Security

We take the security of your website seriously. All of our cloud servers run OS-level firewalls to filter out malicious traffic. We also employ Web Application Firewalls to filter out application-specific traffic. In addition to regular backups, we run regular scans on your site for malware and employ additional WordPress specific security.

Updates

With all major open-source CMS solutions, regular updates are also crucial to your site’s security and functionality. One Dog Solutions will perform updates to your website for all plugins, themes and any available, stable CMS core updates on a weekly basis.

Premium Plugin Access

One Dog Solutions has invested in premium plugins for use on websites under our Care Plans. You are allowed the use of these plugins on your site as long as a Care Plan subscription is active. If you choose to cancel your Care Plan subscription, One Dog Solutions licenses for premium plugins will be removed and you will be responsible for purchasing those recurring licenses. If a plugin is required for functionality on your site that is unique to you, it may not be covered under the care plan. We will inform you of any additional costs associated with specific premium plugins. You can request a list of plugins using One Dog Solutions licenses at any time by contacting us at info@onedog.solutions

Web Care Support

Web Care Support can be reached to report issues from your website dashboard via our support widget at any time. If you are unable to access your website dashboard, you can also submit a request via email to support@onedog.solutions. Requests outside of these methods will need be entered onto our support ticket system manually, and will automatically be assessed additional administrative time to complete at client cost.

Website downtime will be attended to as soon as a technician is available 24/7. Any tasks that are not critical to the core functions of your website, will be completed during normal business hours 9 AM – 5 PM CST, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Typical turnaround time is 4 to 48 hours depending on the severity of the issue.

Server Resources

Sites that use excessive server resources may be subject to additional charges. Monthly data transfer limits for individual Web Care Plans are as follows:

• Standard Web Care – 400GB/month
• Advanced Web Care – 800GB/month
• Premium Web Care – 2.8TB/month

If your site is using more data than your plan allows, your Web Care plan will be moved to the next pricing tier.

Email sending for transaction email through our SMTP servers is limited as follows:

• Standard Web Care – 100 emails/hour
• Advanced Web Care – 500 emails/hour
• Premium Web Care – 1,000 emails/hour

Clients using our email marketing add-on are not subject to these sending limits.

Unauthorized plugins or uploads that use excessive resources, such as email marketing, video streaming, etc. will be subject to removal, and additional charges. Sites with repeated offenses may be removed from a Web Care Plan at One Dog Solution’s discretion.

What’s Not Included in Our Web Care Plans

Web Development

If you have not opted into our On Going Updates program, any additional tasks will be covered under new development. If you have purchased monthly time and tasks are assessed to exceed your chosen allotment of time under your On Going Updates plan, they will be considered new web development. These tasks will be billed at our Web Care Plan hourly rate of $100/hour. Tasks that fall outside of the On Going Updates plan may include, new page design, theme, plugin development, or extended support not related to your website, etc.

Any additional work performed on request may be billed separately from any ongoing subscription payments, depending on the scope of the work. Invoices for additional work performed that have not already been added to recurring billing and are more than 30 days past due will be added to the next regular recurring billing with a 5% late fee assessed.

Graphic Design

Graphic design of any brochures, business cards, stationary or logo creation will be performed at our standard hourly rate of $70/hour.

Digital Marketing

Your Web Care Plan is for website maintenance services only. We do not include social media management, PPC management, or ongoing SEO management or strategy under our Web Care Plans. We can provide these services under a separate agreement. See our Marketing and SEO pages for more details on what we offer.

Correcting Client Changes

Correcting client produced content or settings changes that cause the website to perform poorly, or break functionality are not covered in your care plan. Correcting any issues introduced by you, or your employees, can be corrected at our standard web care rate of $100/hour. A three-hour minimum charge will be billed, regardless of the issue, to assess the actions required to correct the site.

Full Administrator Access

While our Web Care service provides you with a high-performance, fully optimized website and dedicated support, it’s important to understand that client access is granted via a “Site Admin” user role, not a full “Administrator” role. This is a deliberate measure to safeguard the site’s stability and performance. The “Site Admin” role allows you to manage your website content, including posts, pages, media, and users, while restricting access to critical site settings, themes, and plugins. This ensures that inadvertent changes to core configurations, which could negatively impact site speed, functionality, or security, are avoided. Our team retains full “Administrator” access to handle these technical aspects, ensuring your site remains optimized and secure.

Web Care Add-Ons

On Going Updates Add-On

Some examples of tasks included are, a phone number change, a photo update, changing an email address, menu updates, blog posting, etc. If we estimate a task takes longer than your allotted time block to complete, or involves development changes, a project quote will be generated for you to be performed at our standard hourly rate for care plan customers.

Changes must be submitted through the support widget, or to support@onedog.solutions. Changes sent after 3:00 PM CST will be logged into our system the next day. Simple changes that do no require new page creation, or development, will be typically completed within 48 hours of accepting the change order.

On Going Update tasks will be completed during normal business hours 9 AM – 5 PM CST, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

Email Marketing Add-On

Our email marketing add-on is a tool that will reside in your WordPress Dashboard. You are allowed unlimited sending to the the total amount of subscribers in your plan. If you exceed your subscriber limit, your plan will be upgraded to accommodate.

Email lists must remain clean and in good standing in order to continue to use our sending service. If your account is flagged for excessive bounced emails, spam complaints, or failed emails, your account will be downgraded.

Spam list removal can be accomplished for a 3 hour minimum at our standard Web Care Rate, and any additional time it requires to remove your domain from blacklists. This may require list cleaning which will be performed at a rate based on your total subscriber count.

If your account produces repeated violations, you may continue using our add-on with an alternate SMTP provider at your own expense.

This add-on includes the sending service only and tools to self build email newsletters. If you need fully managed email marketing services please see our Digital Marketing page for more information.

Standard Web Care Email Marketing Add-On Allowance

A basic newsletter and a simple on boarding sequence (drip campaign) are allowed on this plan. Additional workflows will require upgrading to a higher care plan.

Premium Web Care Email Marketing Add-On Allowance

A basic newsletter and a simple on boarding sequence (drip campaign) are allowed on this plan. Additionally, an abandoned cart workflow as well as two additional funnel workflows are allowed. Additional workflows will require upgrading to a higher care plan.

Advanced Web Care Email Marketing Add-On Allowance

A basic newsletter and a simple on boarding sequence (drip campaign) are allowed on this plan. Additionally, an abandoned cart workflow as well as 5 additional funnel workflows are allowed. Additional workflows will require a custom plan to accommodate the specific needs of the site. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Lead Generation Services

One Dog Solutions agrees to provide the subscribed Lead Generation Services, which aim to generate potential customer inquiries (“Leads”) for the Client’s business within specified local geographic areas. Services involve the setup, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns on third-party platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and potentially others, as agreed upon in the Managed Local Lead Generation Service and selected add-ons in the
Local Lead Generation Additional Channels.

Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts (e.g., advertising platform accounts, website analytics), business information, branding assets (logos, images, etc.), and any other materials reasonably required by One Dog Solutions to perform the services.
• Grant One Dog Solutions the necessary permissions and authority to act on the Client’s behalf within the scope of managing the agreed-upon advertising campaigns.
• Provide clear information about their target audience, services/products, offers, and business goals.
• Respond promptly to requests for feedback or approvals from One Dog Solutions.
• Ensure their website, landing pages, and business practices comply with all applicable laws and the terms of service of the relevant third-party advertising platforms.
• Make timely payments for all service fees and ad spend as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Third-Party Platforms, and Disclaimers

• No Guarantee of Results: One Dog Solutions will use commercially reasonable efforts to manage and optimize campaigns to generate Leads. However, the Client acknowledges and agrees that One Dog Solutions cannot and does not guarantee a specific number, volume, or quality of Leads, nor does it guarantee any specific conversion rate, customer acquisition, or revenue outcome. Lead generation performance is subject to numerous external factors beyond One Dog Solutions’ direct control, including but not limited to market conditions, competition, seasonality, the perceived value of the Client’s offering, landing page effectiveness, and changes in third-party platform algorithms or policies.
• Third-Party Platform Reliance: The Lead Generation Services rely heavily on third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta/Facebook). One Dog Solutions is not responsible for the availability, functionality, policy changes, algorithm updates, or actions taken by these third-party platforms, including ad disapprovals or account suspensions, unless such actions are a direct result of One Dog Solutions’ gross negligence or willful misconduct in violating platform terms. The Client remains subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party platforms.
• Ad Spend: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a special Service Agreement, the fees paid to One Dog Solutions for Lead Generation Services cover management and optimization efforts only. The actual advertising costs (“Ad Spend”) charged by third-party platforms (e.g., cost-per-click) are separate and are the responsibility of the Client. The management of Ad Spend budgets will be handled as agreed upon in the Service Agreement (e.g., Client pays platform directly.)

Google Ads Campaign Limits:

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

• Maximum Active Campaigns: The service includes the management of up to two (2) active Google Ads campaigns simultaneously (e.g., one Search campaign, one Performance Max campaign).
• Maximum Active Ad Groups per Campaign: Each active campaign may contain up to five (5) active Ad Groups.
• Maximum Active Ads per Ad Group: Each active Ad Group may contain up to three (3) active ad variations (text, responsive display, etc.) for testing and optimization purposes.
• Deliverables Included: Standard keyword research & selection, ad copywriting, setup of standard conversion tracking (requires client website access/cooperation), bid management, budget pacing monitoring, negative keyword management, and monthly performance reporting.

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) Campaign Limits:

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

• Maximum Active Campaigns: The service includes the management of up to two (2) active Meta Ads campaigns simultaneously (e.g., one Lead Generation campaign, one Traffic campaign).
• Maximum Active Ad Sets per Campaign: Each active campaign may contain up to five (5) active Ad Sets.
• Maximum Active Ads per Ad Set: Each active Ad Set may contain up to three (3) active ad variations (combinations of creative and copy) for testing and optimization purposes.
• Deliverables Included: Standard keyword research & selection, ad copywriting, setup of standard conversion tracking (requires client website access/cooperation), bid management, budget pacing monitoring, negative keyword management, and monthly performance reporting.

Landing Pages

• Maximum Included Landing Pages: The service may include the creation and/or management of up to one (1) unique landing page template specifically designed for the lead generation campaigns covered by this agreement. Minor variations (e.g., headline tweaks for A/B testing) on this template may be included.
• Exclusions: Development of additional unique landing pages or complex website integrations beyond standard tracking implementation will be scoped and billed separately.

Local Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Scope & Limits:

This component focuses on improving the Client’s online visibility within local search results for relevant keywords in their service area. Results from SEO efforts develop over time and specific ranking positions cannot be guaranteed.

• On-Page Optimization:
  • Includes an initial SEO audit and optimization of up to five (5) core website pages (typically Homepage, main Service pages, About Us, Contact Us).
  • Optimization includes keyword research integration, Title tag & Meta Description updates, Header tag structure review (H1, H2, etc.), image Alt text optimization, and basic internal linking adjustments.
  • Excludes: Major content rewriting, creation of new service pages or blog posts (available separately), and website development changes beyond basic SEO tag implementation.
• Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization:
  • Includes initial audit and optimization of the Client’s GBP listing(s) for completeness and accuracy (requires Client providing necessary access/verification).
  • Includes creation and posting of up to two (2) standard GBP posts per month using Client-provided information or approved general content.
  • Includes ongoing monitoring of GBP Q&A and providing guidance to the Client on responses.
  • Includes monitoring of new reviews and providing guidance/best practices to the Client for responding. Direct review response management is not included unless specified separately.
  • Excludes: Actively generating or soliciting reviews on behalf of the client (guidance only).
• Local Keyword Research & Tracking:
  • Includes initial research to identify relevant local keywords and tracking of a core set (e.g., up to 15 keywords) for ranking performance.
  • Reporting: Includes monthly reporting on key local SEO metrics, such as keyword ranking changes, GBP insights (views, clicks, calls), and relevant website traffic data.
  • Client Responsibilities: Client must provide necessary access to website backend, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile. Client must also provide accurate business information and timely feedback/approvals.

Citation Management Scope & Limits:

This component focuses on ensuring the Client’s business information (Name, Address, Phone Number – NAP) is consistent and accurate across relevant online directories and citation sources.

• Citation Audit & Cleanup:
  • Includes an initial audit to identify existing online citations and check for NAP inconsistencies or duplicate listings.
  • Includes efforts to correct inconsistencies and suppress duplicates on core directories (manual correction efforts may be limited based on directory responsiveness).
• Citation Building/Management:
  • Includes submission and/or management of the Client’s business listing on a core set of up to thirty (30) relevant local directories and citation sites. This may involve utilizing a third-party citation management platform (e.g., Yext, Moz Local, BrightLocal).The associated subscription cost for the core directories covered by the platform is included in the service fee for the duration of the agreement. Listings on directories requiring separate paid fees are excluded.
  • Reporting: Includes initial audit report and ongoing reporting on citation consistency scores and status of managed listings.
• Client Responsibilities: Client must provide accurate and finalized business NAP information, service descriptions, hours, logos, and other necessary details for listings. Client is responsible for alerting One Dog Solutions to any changes in this information promptly. Delays or inaccuracies in provided information may negatively impact results.
• Exclusions: Does not include management of industry-specific niche directories unless explicitly included in a custom agreement. Does not guarantee removal of all incorrect information from third-party sites not directly controlled or partnered with.

General Disclaimers for SEO & Citations:

• One Dog Solutions utilizes best practices but cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, or business results from SEO or citation management activities due to the dynamic nature of search engine algorithms, competition, and other external factors.
• SEO results typically take time (often 3-6 months or longer) to materialize. Citation consistency improvements also depend on the processing time of individual directories.
• Failure by the Client to provide necessary access, information, or approvals in a timely manner may impede service delivery and results.

Management of Scope:

• Strategy Reviews: The service includes ongoing optimization based on performance data. Major strategic pivots or campaign goal changes requested by the Client may be accommodated up to once per quarter. More frequent significant changes may require a scope review and potential adjustment to service fees.
• Exclusions: This service does not include organic social media management, email marketing campaign execution (beyond potential lead data handoff), or CRM setup/management, which are available under separate agreements with our add-on packages. Correction of issues caused by Client modifications to campaigns, tracking, or landing pages may be billed at the standard hourly rate.

Managed Local SEO Service

One Dog Solutions agrees to provide the subscribed Managed Local SEO Service, which aims to improve the Client’s online visibility within organic local search results (e.g., Google Search engine results pages, Google Maps/Google Business Profile listings) for relevant keywords in their service area. Services involve the optimization of the Client’s website (on-page factors), Google Business Profile, local citations (online directory listings), and online reputation signals. This service explicitly excludes the management, setup, optimization, or reporting for any paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and any website design, development, or creative updates.

Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts and platforms, including but not limited to their website backend (CMS), Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and any existing citation management dashboards.
• Grant One Dog Solutions the necessary permissions and authority to act on the Client’s behalf within the scope of optimizing the agreed-upon online properties.
• Provide clear and accurate business information (Legal Business Name, Address, Phone Number – NAP), operating hours, service descriptions, target service areas, logos, images, and any other materials reasonably required by One Dog Solutions to perform the services.
• Respond promptly to requests for feedback, approvals, or additional information from One Dog Solutions.
• Ensure their website and business practices comply with all applicable laws and the terms of service of relevant third-party platforms (e.g., Google).
• Make timely payments for all service fees as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
  Third-Party Platforms, Algorithms, and Disclaimers.

Third-Party Platforms, Algorithms, and Disclaimers

• No Guarantee of Results: One Dog Solutions will use commercially reasonable efforts and industry best practices to optimize the Client’s online presence for local search. However, the Client acknowledges and agrees that One Dog Solutions cannot and does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, placement in the Google “Map Pack,” increases in website traffic, lead volume, or customer acquisition resulting from the Managed Local SEO Service. SEO performance is subject to numerous external factors beyond One Dog Solutions’ direct control, including but not limited to search engine algorithm updates, competition, market conditions, the quality and relevance of the Client’s website content, user behavior, and the processing times of third-party directories.
• Third-Party Platform & Algorithm Reliance: The Managed Local SEO Services rely heavily on third-party platforms (e.g., Google Search, Google Maps/Business Profile, online directories). One Dog Solutions is not responsible for the availability, functionality, policy changes, algorithm updates, or actions taken by these third-party platforms, including changes in ranking factors, GBP feature updates, or directory listing processing delays, unless such issues are a direct result of One Dog Solutions’ gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Client remains subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party platforms.

Local Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Scope & Limits:

This component focuses on improving the Client’s online visibility within local organic search results for relevant keywords in their service area. Results from SEO efforts develop over time and specific ranking positions cannot be guaranteed.

• On-Page Optimization:
  • Includes an initial SEO audit and optimization of up to 5 core website pages (typically Homepage, main Service pages, About Us, Contact Us, Location page if applicable).
  • Optimization includes local keyword research integration, Title tag & Meta Description updates, Header tag structure review (H1, H2, etc.), image Alt text optimization, internal linking adjustments, and basic local schema markup implementation (e.g., LocalBusiness).
  • Excludes: Major content rewriting or creation (e.g., new service pages, blog posts – available separately), website development or design changes beyond standard SEO tag implementation, and website hosting or platform fees.
• Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization:
  • Includes initial audit and optimization of the Client’s primary GBP listing for completeness, accuracy, and relevance (requires Client providing necessary access/verification). Multi-location optimization requires a separate agreement or add-on.
  • Includes creation and posting of up to 3 standard GBP posts per month using Client-provided information or approved general content relevant to the business.
  • Includes ongoing monitoring of GBP Q&A and providing guidance to the Client on appropriate responses.
  • Includes monitoring of new reviews across key platforms (starting with Google) and providing guidance/best practices to the Client for responding. Direct review response management by One Dog Solutions is not included unless specified separately.
  • Excludes: Actively generating or soliciting reviews on behalf of the client (guidance and strategy support only). Photography or videography services for GBP.
• Local Keyword Research & Tracking:
  • Includes initial research to identify relevant local keywords and tracking of a core set (e.g., up to 10 keywords) for ranking performance monitoring within the primary service area.
  • Reporting: Includes monthly reporting on key local SEO metrics, such as keyword ranking changes, GBP insights (views, searches, clicks, calls, direction requests), relevant organic website traffic data, and citation consistency overview.

Citation Management Scope & Limits:

This component focuses on ensuring the Client’s business information (Name, Address, Phone Number – NAP) is consistent and accurate across relevant online directories and citation sources to support local SEO.

• Citation Audit & Cleanup:
  • Includes an initial audit to identify existing online citations and check for NAP inconsistencies or duplicate listings across foundational directories.
  • Includes commercially reasonable efforts to correct identified inconsistencies and suppress duplicates on core directories (manual correction efforts may be limited based on directory submission/update processes and responsiveness).
• Citation Building/Management:
  • Includes submission and/or management of the Client’s business listing on a core set of up to 30 relevant local and national directories and citation sites deemed important for local SEO. This may involve utilizing a third-party citation management platform (e.g., BrightLocal, Yext).
  • If a third-party platform subscription is used primarily for this service component, the associated subscription cost for the managed directories covered by the platform may be included in the service fee for the duration of the agreement, as specified in the Service Agreement. Listings on directories requiring separate paid submission fees are excluded unless explicitly agreed upon.
  • Reporting: Includes initial audit report and ongoing reporting summarizing citation consistency scores and the status of managed listings.

Client Responsibilities (Specific to Scope):

Client must provide necessary and timely access to website backend (CMS), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile manager access. Client must also provide accurate and finalized business NAP information, service details, hours, logos, and respond promptly to requests for feedback or approvals related to optimization efforts. Delays or inaccuracies in provided information may negatively impact results and timelines.

General Disclaimers for SEO & Citations:

• One Dog Solutions utilizes industry best practices but cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, or business results from SEO or citation management activities due to the dynamic nature of search engine algorithms, competition, and other external factors.
• SEO results typically take time (often 3-6 months or longer) to materialize and require ongoing effort. Citation consistency improvements also depend on the processing time of individual directories.
• Failure by the Client to provide necessary access, accurate information, or approvals in a timely manner may impede service delivery and negatively impact potential results.

Management of Scope:

• Strategy Reviews: The service includes ongoing optimization based on performance data. Major strategic pivots (e.g., targeting entirely new service categories) requested by the Client may be accommodated up to once per quarter, subject to feasibility review. More frequent significant changes may require a scope review and potential adjustment to service fees.
• Exclusions: This service explicitly does not include Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising management (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), paid ad spend budget, organic social media posting or management (beyond GBP posts), email marketing campaign execution, CRM setup/management, website hosting, domain registration fees, or advanced website development/design. Correction of issues caused by Client modifications to the website structure, content, or GBP profile that negatively impact SEO may be billed at the standard hourly rate.

Term and Termination

The initial term is for 90 days. After the first 3 months have been completed, the term is an on-going month to month agreement. Upon termination, the Client will be responsible for any outstanding fees and ad spend incurred up to the effective date of termination. This term applies to the Local Managed SEO Service and the Managed Local Lead Generation Service.

Intellectual Property

Client retains ownership of all its pre-existing intellectual property, including branding assets and website content provided to One Dog Solutions. One Dog Solutions retains ownership of its proprietary methods, tools, and pre-existing materials used in providing the services. Campaign structures, ad copy, and creative assets specifically developed by One Dog Solutions for the Client during the engagement shall become the property of the Client upon full payment for the services during which they were created, subject to any third-party rights (e.g., stock imagery licenses). This intellectual property ownership applies to the Local Managed SEO Service and the Managed Local Lead Generation Service.

Subscription Payments

Subscription payments will begin at the time that you accept the payment agreement. Subscriptions are prorated when starting mid-month. You will be automatically billed on the 1st of each month until canceled. Cancellations can be completed in your account. All service cancellations will also require written notice to info@onedog.solutions.

Upgrades and downgrades between plans are prorated for upgrades only. Your new payment plan will start on the following month after plan changes occur.

If your payment does not clear, you will have 14 days to complete the transaction with us. At 15 days, a 5% late fee will be assessed. If you have not completed the transaction within 30 days, we will remove your site from active hosting, and any active add-ons will be removed from your account. Your site and/or add-ons will remain removed until you become current on all billing. If you fail to complete payments for 90 days, your site will be permanently deleted from our near line backup storage.

Websites on Web Care that have fallen past due, and have been removed from active hosting may be reactivated for a fee at the discretion of One Dog Solutions.

In the event of a payment processing error from One Dog Solutions or our payment processing partners, refunds will be issued immediately and be subject to the time that the payment processor and your financial institution take to resolve the funds transfer. This time is typically 3 to 5 days.

Respectful Collaboration

One Dog Solutions strives to maintain a respectful and positive working environment. Client agrees to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner in all communications and interactions with One Dog Solutions personnel. If, in One Dog Solution’s sole discretion, the client’s behavior is considered rude, offensive, unprofessional, or detrimental to a healthy working relationship, we reserve the right to terminate services immediately.
